Coast Plaza Hospital and Community Hospital of Huntington Park hosted visits by U.S. Congressional representatives in August.
Peter Muller, state director for U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein, visited the Huntington Park facility Aug. 22, and U.S. Rep. Linda Sanchez visited Coast Plaza Aug. 29. Sanchez was accompanied by Jacob Wolak, district healthcare deputy.
Pipeline Health executives took time to brief the visitors on the vital role that Pipeline’s safety net hospitals play in their communities. Following each briefing, hospital CEOs toured the visitors around the hospitals.
