Cesar Diaz has been named the Exemplary Employee for the Pipeline Health Corporate Office and Central Business Office for the month of October. The award recognizes employee commitment to patients, family and co-workers through acts of caring, compassion and excellent customer service.
Cesar joined Pipeline in August 1999. He serves as PC Technician in Pipeline’s Information Technology department. His nominator had this to say:
Cesar sets the bar high for friendly customer service. His customers are internal as he helps a variety of staff with their IT needs. He is highly reliable as he is called upon for that assistance. He meets the needs of new hires — welcoming them to Pipeline as he sets up their computers — as well as corporate executive staff, often coming to the El Segundo office to ensure virtual meetings are set up properly for leadership meetings and board meetings.
Cesar also provides support to our New Employee Orientation meetings, always arrive on time early in the morning to set up the video and slide deck, also ensuring that any new hires participating virtually are engaged. He always has a smile on his face, he listens well to what others need, and he always delivers.
