Congratulations to Jasmin Maltes, recipient of this month’s Exemplary Employee Award for the Pipeline Health Corporate Office and Central Business Office. The new award recognizes employee commitment to patients, family and co-workers through acts of caring, compassion and excellent customer service.
Maltes joined Pipeline in August 2021 and works in our Central Business Office, in Patient Accounting, as a Senior Managed Care Collector. She was nominated by four co-workers who had this to say:
As a new hire, Jasmin trained me and provided me with helpful information to make my training process easier. She makes me feel very welcome as the new team member. She is always available to answer my questions.
Jasmin is always willing to help no matter how busy she is with her work. She has helped me to learn how to use the web portals for the payers. She does so with enthusiasm. She brings a positive and joyful attitude to work, and this makes our job better.
She has been a great help and very resourceful.
Jasmin started within my clinical department and she had no medical background. Within two years, she now is a Senior Collector for the Managed Care department. She has temporarily taken on tasks, and she makes time to complete her daily tasks. I am impressed with how she has learned and trains new collectors and has learned our insurance processes.
We greatly appreciate Jasmin’s dedication to her work. It’s a pleasure to recognize her with the Exemplary Employee Award.
The award carries with it a certificate of recognition and a $100 gift card. In addition, each honoree will be featured in our Pulse newsletter as an Exemplary Employee, and honoree photos will be displayed on plaques in a public area of the Central Business Office.
