Longevity matters at Pipeline Health. That’s why the annual celebration of employee service anniversaries is a special tradition.
This year, some 220 honorees – the stars of Pipeline Health — are marking service anniversaries in five-year increments. In a series of ceremonies held in September, each honoree received a lapel pin recognizing their anniversary.
The three longest tenured employees recognized this year include Fritchito Donato of East Los Angeles Doctors Hospital celebrating 35 years of service. Julia Barrios of East LA Doctors Hospital and Maria Espinoza of Memorial Hospital of Gardena both celebrate 30 years of service this year.
“Retention of our dedicated employees is a high priority for us at Pipeline Health, and these service awards showcase the commitment of our staff to serving the communities around our hospitals,” said Lisa Guzman, chief human resources officer for Pipeline Health.
